Some people might say: "if the nature wants us to fly, it would give us wings!" Well, there is only one answer to this:" if the nature did not want to let us to do it, it would never gave us wits. “

Parachuting was perceived for many years as a military domain. But it became very popular due to its availability and the unique experience that parachuting offers. More important than the adrenalin before the jump is important, what happens afterwards. The altitude 4000 m gives you around 60 seconds to enjoy the freedom of movement. The parachute will open in approximately 1000 m and after few minutes you will land. The time is long gone, when the parachuting was only about getting people quickly down on the ground. Lot of skydivers believes the biggest fun ends when you open your parachute. (Therefore they call themselves skydivers and not parachutists anymore.) A body is the main instrument, which allows you to use and co-ordinate different freefall techniques in all directions. Everybody can learn these techniques thanks to the AFF training. The AFF training is an entrance ticket to the amazing world of sport parachuting.

AFF (Acceleration Free Fall) training consists from minimum of 8 free fall jumps.
A trainee will jump from 4000m right from the beginning of the training. The advantage of this method is in direct contact of the trainee with the free fall, of course s(he) is always under the control of the specially trained AFF instructor. The instructors will intervene if any problem occurs. During first few free falls there are 2 instructors around the trainee, they are helping him/her to learn first basic position – breast position. It usually takes 3 falls to learn this position. Later the trainee will go through more advanced maneuvers like turning around, gliding back and forward, eventually even flip. The fundamental of the AFF training is to learn how to get back to the breast position, it is this position when you open your parachute. Of course there is a cameraman around, who is recording everything what is going on during the free fall lesson. Afterwards the video is used for analysis of mistakes. This is an effective way how to get a quick feedback from instructor, also he/she can see all mistakes and adjust the training to trainee’s needs.

There is nothing difficult about the AFF training, only thing you need is a willingness to discover and learn about a new dimension in your life.
