Terms of Vertical Boogie

Everybody, who wants to perform parachuting/skydiving on Vertical Boogie is required to use only a parachute in a good technical conditions and the back-up parachute has to be packed by qualified back-up parachute packer. Every license holder is obliged to use a parachuting/skydiving equipment with AAD.

Every participant of Vertical Boogie has to get registered with operators of the Vertical Boogie.

Responsibilities of Vertical Boogie’s participants

• Sportsmen and Sportswoman

Every Sportsman and Sportswoman has to be a FAI license holder, or a holder of parachuting license from his/her national aeroclub.

Every passenger has to go through before-the-jump preparation with his/her tandem instructor.

The tandem instructor is responsible for his/her client.

Rights and obligations for license holders of each category:

• License holder of A category, or AFF (minimum 25 jumps)

S(he) is allowed to parachute only under the supervision of his/her instructor. In case this instructor is not available, the A license holder can parachute under the supervision of another instructor with proper license. The instructor’s signature confirms his/her responsibility for his/her trainee to the operator of Vertical Boogie.

• License holder of B category (minimum 100 jumps):

S(he) is required to get his/her equipment controlled by another parachutist/skydiver, who is a holder of a license of at least a C category or RZ, before each and every jump. License holder of B category is obliged to eliminate any deficiencies in his/her equipment/accessories or in parachute technology.

• License holder of C category (minimum 200 jumps)and D category (minimum 500 jumps) :

License holders of C and D category are allowed to perform parachuting/skydiving without supervision of instructor, but they are required to follow safety regulations given by Vertical Boogie operators.

The parachute altitude opening regulations:

a) Tandem jump ................................................................................ 1500 m GND

b) The AFF training, License ,,A‘‘ holders, Free Fall practicioners ....................... 1200 m GND

c) License „B“; „C“; „D“ holders during Free Fall practise ................................. 900 m GND

d) In all other normal cases the parachute opening altitude has to be minimum.......600 m GND

Allowed jumps:AFF, Tandem jumps, Freestyle, Freefly , RW, Sólo, Belly flyers, Jumps with camera + videocamera, Wingsuit , Skysurf.

Forbiden jumps: Skyball, jumps with boat or any other equipmen that might harm people or properties on the ground.

The order of jumps: Skysurf , RW- bigger formations, RW- smaller formations, Belly flyers, FF – bigger formations, FF – smaller formations, FF-solo , Track Dives , Highpuller, Trainees/Students, AFF, Tandem, Wingsuit
